In the fall of 2002, economic development representatives from Midland, Bay and Saginaw Counties came together to develop a Regional Telecommunications Plan. The LinkMBS website is the digital home of this project.  Materials related to the project are located here first. Survey results from our residential and business surveys, meeting minutes and our comprehensive frequently-asked-questions ( FAQ ) guide are available here. MBS is Covered!

Broadband availability maps released 10/9/03

The Link MBS group completed its analysis of broadband availability in the region. The following PDF and JPEG maps represent overview images of the results. City planners seeking Arc GIS compatible files, please contact us via email to request a CD-Rom. The coverage results include Cable Modem, DSL, fiber optic and Wireless service providers participating in the study.
